Do you have goals? As I go through midlife I find myself more interested in achieving goals. Maybe I’m fulfilling a bucket list. Read about my experiences as I complete a half marathon and see that success can come when you are over 40.

We can eat the same and exercise the same but once we get into our 40′s women start to gain weight if they don’t start eating less and exercising more. I found some information on why that happens and what we can to to combat the midlife changes that happen over 40.
